Enhancement Requests

A software enhancement is a modification or addition to a software product that improves its performance, capabilities or usability. It is usually implemented as a new feature or an improvement to an existing one, and is often released as part of a software update.

Software enhancements are typically developed by the software vendor and made available to all users of the product. All customers can submit enhancement requests; however, implementation is not guaranteed and time frames are subject to demand.

Enhancements that have been delivered are advised to the client base via the Release Notes.
