RSM Intime Integration
 

RSM Intime provides payroll and billing software designed specifically for the recruitment sector, helping organisations streamline and automate timesheet processing, billing, and payroll activities.

Colleague integrates with RSM Intime to enable the seamless transfer of Candidate, Company, and Placement data from Colleague to RSM Intime. Data is transmitted automatically in the background, reducing manual administration and improving efficiency.

As each organisation may have different requirements regarding the data exchanged between systems, implementation of the integration requires bespoke consultancy to ensure the solution is configured appropriately for your business processes.
Standard Integration Process
 

The standard integration is triggered when a Placement reaches Authorisation Level 2 within Colleague. At this stage, relevant data is automatically pushed to RSM Intime.

  • Data is transferred from Colleague to RSM Intime via a one-way integration.
  • Upload activity is recorded against the Placement record.
  • History logs are created to provide visibility of successful uploads and highlight any issues encountered during the transfer.
 
Optional Amendment Monitoring

An enhanced integration option is available to monitor changes made to records that have previously been uploaded to RSM Intime. When amendments are detected, updated information can be automatically reposted to keep RSM Intime synchronised with the latest data held in Colleague.

Note: This technique will require a bespoke quotation to ensure all requirements are met.

 
Important Considerations
  • The integration operates as a one-way data transfer from Colleague to RSM Intime.
  • Data entered or amended within RSM Intime is not synchronised back into Colleague.
  • A custom user overview panel is provided to alert users to any upload errors requiring attention.
 
Consultancy Costs

Implementation of the standard integration, based on a Level 2 Authorisation data push, typically requires three days of consultancy.
