To find your device specification on Windows 10, use the following steps:

• Open Settings.
• Click on System.
• Click on About.
• Check the Device specifications section to find the computer name, processor, total usable memory, system architecture, and included touch and pen support.

Hardware specifications are subject to ongoing review based on user feedback and experience.

Although auto-responsive to screen size, the Colleague 7 mobile interface has been designed for optimal display when used with the screen size: 138.3 x 67.1 mm (5.44 x 2.64 inches) or larger.

Internet Browsers are reviewed periodically based on demand. Development and testing is predominantly undertaken on Edge and Chrome. For more information on the latest Internet Browser versions please visit the associated web addresses:

The above requirements do not apply if your PC requires access to VPN/Proxy/Remote Desktop before it can access any resources on the Internet.

The Internet Speed requirements are based on the standard setup of a network device (router/switch). Additional traffic on your network impacts internet speed/quality; we recommend avoiding accessing Colleague 7 whilst using network-traffic-heavy processes such as online video games, video/audio streaming, peer-to-peer file sharing, etc.

The above minimum requirements are subject to review based on the enhancements of Colleague 7 and the general developments of other hardware/software/external influencers.
