Release Notes - 26.04.03 (April 26)

Release: This release consists of the development undertaken under the sprints: 26.04.01, 02 & 03.

Key Features: Ability to set 'Sent By' option, Payment Details added to Candidate Portal, Minor UI & Bug Fixes.

Enhancements

REQUIREMENT - Set 'Sent By' Field when Linking Candidate To Requirement

When on a Candidate record and linking a Candidate to a Requirement (via the 'Submit' menu), if the User selects 'Send CV (no email)', they will now be able to select separate Users to record who Longlisted/Shortlisted the Candidate and who sent the Candidate's CV:
 

 

Also when running the Send CV workflow on the Requirement, when selecting 'Discard & Update', the User can also choose a different 'Sent By' user.

 

These options are enabled via the below User Group Permissions, within the 'Requirement' Permission group:

 

PORTAL - Candidate Portal - Payment Details

The Candidate Portal has now been updated to include an optional 'Payment Details' tab: 

 

This gives the Candidate the ability to view and edit key Payment Details via the Portal:

 

Upon saving 'Payment Detail' updates, an email will be sent automatically (using the notification email address from the Portal Global Setting).

 

FAX NUMBER - Fax Number label changed on Candidate, Company & Contact record

We have relabelled the Fax Number field due to its irrelevance in the modern day.

Below lists the field label changes:

Candidate

  • Home Fax now labelled 'Home Other' ('Click to Dial' option now enabled on this field)
  • Work Fax now labelled 'Work Other' ('Click to Dial' option now enabled on this field)
  • Candidate Address updated so that 'Fax' is labelled 'Other Number'

Company

  • Company Address 'Fax' label changed to 'Other Number' ('Click to Dial' option enabled on this field)
  • Company Admin 'Fax' label changed to 'Other Number' ' ('Click to Dial' option enabled on this field)

Contact

  • Fax Number now labelled 'Other Number' ('Click to Dial' option now enabled on this field)
  • Direct Fax now labelled 'Direct Other' ('Click to Dial' option now enabled on this field)
  • Other Number relabelled to 'Mobile Other'

 

REPORT - Interview Activity Report updated to include Job Type filter

The Parameters of the Interview Activity report have been updated to include a 'Job Type' option.

This allows for an immediate filter to split the interviews by Contract or Permanent:

 

REPORT - SMS Activity Report updated to include 'Estimated Credits Used' column

The SMS Activity report has been updated to include an 'Estimated Credits Used' column.

Credit usage may differ from messages sent. This is due to an SMS credit being applied per 160 characters.

The additional column will estimate credits used with a disclaimer to reference that this could be different if the SMS has been sent to an international mobile number.
 

 


 

Bug Fixes

End Date Appearing on Permanent Placements

A scenario which would result in Permanent Placements being incorrectly stamped with an End Date has now been resolved.

 

Relabel 'Resourcer Job Title' to 'Previous Job Titles'

When searching across the 'Previous Job Title' in the main Search area, it was labelled as 'Resourcer Job Title' in error.

It will now be labelled correctly.

 

End Margin Calculator Drawing Issue

The Margin Calculator was drawing an empty data table to the right of the calculator fields in error.

This has now been resolved.

 

Opening Requirement Error

When opening a Requirement, there was a scenario that could cause an error due to User/Teams structuring in the Ownership table. The procedure that calls this data on the Requirement has been refactored to handle this scenario to prevent further errors.

 

Editing Social Media Links - Entity ID Error

The 'Entity ID' error which occurred when editing Social Media Links has now been resolved.

 

HTML code in Summary tab > Create History

When using the Summary View, via a Search Result or Selection Screen, HTML code was visible from within the 'Type' dropdown when creating a History. This has now been resolved.

 

'Copying Skills from Company' setting working inconsistently when Adding New Contact

When creating a new Contact, a timing issue would sometimes cause the option to copy skills from the Company to the Contact to not complete. This has now been resolved.
