EnhancementsSEARCH - Address/Record Lookup added to Radius Search The Radius Search section within the Search area has been updated to include a record lookup function.
This enables Users to lookup a record and select an associated address from that record. The postcode of the selected address is then populated into the Postcode field.
SUMMARY VIEW - 'View All' Option added to Summary View > History The Summary View has been updated so that the History lookup now has a 'View All' option. When selected, this will tick all the histories; when deselected, this will untick all histories. The Summary View will also remember the histories you have chosen, so that it filters unwanted information from the History overview.
DOCUMENT - 'Set as Default Document' option added to Documents menu When on the Documents tab of any record, as a helpful addition to the 'Document Options' sub menu and right click menu, Users will now be able to select a document and set it as the default document for the record.
USER OVERVIEW - New Panel - 'All Placements made by this User' A new User Overview panel has been added, which combines the Perm Placements panel and Contract Placements panel.
COMPANY - Reference Checked Fields The Company record has been updated to include an additional set of 'Reference Checked' fields. These are generally used as part of a compliance process for recording an assessment on a Company's employee count and turnover. It also stores who performed the reference check and when:
SEARCH - 'People' Filter added to Quick Search, Lists and Recent Items The Quick Search, Lists and Recent Items 'Record Type' filter has been updated to include a 'People' option. This is a filter that combines Candidates and Contacts into one list.

Bug FixesBrowser Back Button - Loading Overlay Issue When navigating to a record, an overlay will often be presented, such as 'Loading Candidate Record, please wait...' It was raised that when using the 'Back' button in the browser, it would load the previous screen but present the 'Loading' overlay to the User. This has now been resolved.
Blank Checklist Issue The scenario which caused blank Checklist items to appear has now been resolved. This was due to default settings related to the Checklist item failing to be copied over when the item was being 'Carried' to an extension or amendment. Failures in this process would result in an abandoned attempt, leaving checklist items blank. This process has now been rewritten into a single transaction to resolve the issue.
Company Summary not Listing Requirements that have no Candidates It was raised that the Company Summary tab dashboard would only list Requirements that have Candidates Longlisted against it. This has now been resolved.
Multiple Tenant Calendar & Tasks Issue A restriction which would prevent the Create Calendar and Create Task features from working as expected on multi tenant (multi domain) system setups has now been resolved.
Increase Image Size Upload on Templates Previously, the CK editor image upload feature had a restriction of 300KB. This would predominantly affect email templates. This has now been increased 20MB.
Export issue with Forecast Report An issue with the Excel export function on the 'Forecast Report' would cause the Excel file to be generated blank. This has now been resolved.
Add Pagination to Team Overview Panel - Drilldown Tables Following the data tables update earlier this year, pagination has been added back into the Team Overview. Also, pagination on the User Overview drilldown tables will now remember your preference.
Table Drawing Issues on the Rates tab for Requirements and Placements Further to the data tables upgrade from earlier this year, it was noted that the Rates tab on the Requirement and Placement was failing to draw correctly, often cutting short of full width. This has now been resolved.
