EnhancementsDATA - Latest Version of JQuery & Data Tables As part of Colleague's ongoing maintenance, we have updated the version of JQuery utilised by Colleague to 3.4.1. This includes an update to JQueryUI from 1.11.4 to 1.14.1. The Data Tables version has also been upgraded to 2.3.6. This version of Data Tables will enable features that will be taken advantage of in upcoming releases.
TEAMS - Microsoft Teams Integration Colleague are pleased to announce our integration with Microsoft Teams.
Meeting events which also include attendance reports and transcriptions will be added as an attachment to the history log. There is an additional permission which needs to be enabled for Colleague to access your Teams data. When first enabled, the integration will log historical calls/meetings going back 30 days. From then on when processing call histories, it will log from the 'Last Checked' Date. This is updated every time a call is successfully logged (similar to Email Logging). Group Meetings are gathered on an individual user basis (but there is logic to ensure duplicates are not recorded). This will utilise four new history codes:

Bug FixesArchived Leads included in Quick Search Index It was raised that when a Lead has been archived, it can still be found via the Quick Search (when 'Include Archived' is set to 'No') This has now been resolved.
Export from Lists - Custom Fields are not exported When using the 'Export' feature from within the 'Lists' area, there were issues with the processing of certain custom field types. This has now been resolved.
Sorting on Selection Screens not working for (Custom Fields) An issue which caused the sorting order of selection screen results when sorted by custom fields has now been resolved.
Outlook Address Book Integration The Outlook Address Book Integration has been updated with extra fixes and error logging to assist with scenarios where its connection to MS Graph has failed.
Password Reset Update As an extra security feature, the Password Reset process has been updated to ensure you cannot 'change' a User's password to the same password that it is currently.
Change UserID to Capitals if Created in Lower Case When creating a new User and setting a custom User ID, an update has been applied to ensure the User ID is capitalised.
Quick Search on Apostrophe Fix A further update was made to the index used by the quick search to account for other variations of apostrophe. This was only an issue when data has been copied from an external sources into Colleague rather than being typed. There were a handful of characters which all appear as an apostrophe, but were not accounted for via the Quick Search. This update will work for new records moving forwards.
