Colleague have worked with InterQuest to streamline and improve the quality and performance of our CRM system. They play an integral part in the development of our unique value proposition, both to candidate and client, and have worked hard to help us innovate our level of service and efficiency. The job is not yet complete, unsure if it ever will be, as we seek to continuously improve, however simply put; Colleague are a 'partner' in the growth and performance of our business.

When you entrust Colleague Software to look after your recruitment business we commit ourselves to a long term partnership. We will work with on a thorough and efficient implementation strategy and you will be assigned your own experienced implementation manager who will oversee the integration of our recruitment software with your IT systems and processes until completion.

Our first priority will be to effectively install and integrate Colleague with your IT systems – customising Colleague and integrating with your preferred third party software according to your needs. Whether you are a single user, or a large corporation with multiple offices we will be able to implement a solution that supports your environment. 

Following installation we will carefully transfer your data from your previous software system and assist you in setting up Colleague’s customisable data fields. If needed your consultants can also receive professional training specifically adapted to the needs of your business.

After we have ensured that Colleague is installed and integrated with your systems correctly you can be sure to rely on our 08:30 – 18:00 (GMT / BST) user and technical support service as well as a designated account manager. Our support team will be on hand to ensure any issues, questions or problems are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Standard Support

Support of the standard software installation relating to user, administration and configuration issues from 08:30 - 18:00, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays (GMT / BST). 

Service Pack upgrades, these include developed enhancements released within the current version (rental licenses only). 

Allocation of a dedicated account manager.

Advanced Support

Proactive maintenance and support of your SQL server.

Adding new users as and when required.

Implementation and administration of maintenance routines to back up the database and transaction logs to disk.

Implementation and administration of routines to check data integrity

Provision of services to relocate the software databases to new servers as and when required.

Maintenance of documentation relation to current configerations.

Upgrades of every release (regardless of version).

Disaster recovery. 


Initial implementation training.

Tailored training sessions.

Role-based training including super user, back office, administration and consultancy training.

Onsite and online training.


Your Account Manager is there to ensure your users are getting the best out of Colleague Software. By understanding your workflows and specialist areas, your Account Manager can assist with enhancement requests and spec out bespoke development that will benefit your business. Typically these requirements include bespoke reports, workflow triggers or data manipulation.
